codes :PO 410 and PO 130

I have a 97 e class 320 with the following OBDII codes: PO 410 and PO 130. The car starts fine and runs but even on short trips it will start to run rough and then smooth back out. At first I thought it was bad gas or a bad fuel or air filter, but I replaced all three with no better result. In fact the problem is getting worse. The 410 code came on first but I could hear the air pump and when I reset the code it didn't come back on for quite some time and now it's on with the 130 and the intermittent rough running. The car has 130k miles. Any help would be appreciated. I have some experience with other "fixes" on this car, like the window motors and rear sunscreen...typical stuff, but this has me snowed.
