DVD Screen Blanking Out

I am the owner of a current model, 9 month old E500 Avante Garde and I was wondering if it is possible to adjust or have adjusted the DVD player in the sat/nav system so that it does not blank out the screen once the car is moving at more than 4 Km per hour, thus enabling passengers to watch the DVD whilst travelling?
