check this out .....1982 sl .... it runs good when cold , quick as a rabbit , but 10 minutes later it loses power , yet it still runs enough to get home . Like its running out of gas . Replaced the fuel pump 2 years ago .

But im not thinking the pump again since it runs good for 10 min like a clock .

I took it to have the fuel inj cleaned right .... guy took some kinda can of cleaner .... took off a vacuum line , shot that cleaner into the vacuum while running , all kinds of white smoke came out the exhaust . He said that cleaned out the intake for sure .

Well after that ..... thats when it wont idle up anymore . I used to hear a " click " and it would idle down . No more clicking .
