Rough Idle on 1991 300CE

Rough Idle on 1991 300CE

My car runs well and only has 71,000 miles on it but at idle it shakes pretty badly. It is not as bad when it is park but it gets pretty bad when in drive or reverse at a standstill. I was wondering if anyone had any ideas as to what this could be, any possible options would be much appreciated.
