Oh no, I have a water leak.

1995 E320

I am afraid that it could be the head gasket, but I think it might "just" be something to do with the water pump. From what I have read, the head gasket usually leaks at the back of the motor and my leak seems to be up around the water pump. I can’t see exactly where the water starts to come out, but it looks like it might be starting where the water pump is bolted to the motor. Is the water pump a common place to loose fluid? Do you think my pump is bad, or do you think I might just need to get a new gasket where it is mounted?

Everything is going to be OK, isn't it? I love my car.

I think it might be like always going back to that same bad relationship with an ex girlfriend.
You feel you love them too much, or you are just too stupid to know any better.
