can anyone recommend a top quality shop for engine work in the Seattle-Everett area.
I've tried Autosport( engine blew up), Acton Auto, Ed's Machine Shop.
All are priced way high & have issues

I have had T&D machine in Kenmore turn rotors and machine the cylinder head from my eurovan. It is small, fairly tidy and know what they are doing but they seem more like their specialty is American v-8's. Ten years ago, I had Jerry at Northwest Connecting Rod work on Corvair and Rabbit cylinder heads and some balancing work. Reasonably priced and adequate work but sometimes they would get busy and had a hard time meeting his estimated completion dates.
