synthetic gear and trans axel oil?

I was just curious, does MB or anyone for that matter, make a synthetic gear oil,or synthetic trans fluid. Im trying to smooth out my 4matic system. I will try the simplest, cheapest way first. Someone mentioned to change to synthetic
