I have a quick question regarding my 97 E420. I bought this car from an independant dealer and was expecting the service history to come later. It didnt arrive. I called Mercedes Benz who told me that the car has service history from a dealer in Chicago. I tried a number of times to contact the Service dealer in chicago so that I can get the service history but they never got back to me.

Does anyone know if I can get the service history for this car from another dealer?
