Belt(s) replacement 380SE
Ok I reviewed the archieves about replacing the belts and did learn some points but still wondering if:
do I have to take off the fan to remove and replace the belts? It appears this is not necessary from what I can see. Appreciate hearing back from someone who has done this and what might be some key things to keep in mind.

I'll echo this question. I bought all the belts thinking it will just be a quick change like in any other car, but I can't see where the tension is adjusted on some of these.

REchecked the CD and it says nothing about having to remove the fan. Also, looking at the belts it appears all of them could go around the fan when removing. I'll give it a try and if not then remove the fan and fan shroud with it.

Let me know how it goes, you should be able to route the belts between the blades of the fan.
