transmission leak-source?

Hi all, I have a worrying leak dripping from the overload switch, just below and forward of the vacuum modulator. However, I am not convinced the leak is from this switch, but may in fact be the modulator. Before I start removing parts, I was just wondering if anyone can confirm that this switch can, in fact, leak at all? Or has anyone heard of one leaking? It's not quite cheap to replace, so before I get started....

leak

Hi It is possible for the overload protection switch to leak ,yet i would check the washer first.In frt of it is brake band b-1 with a thrust element with two orings.Iwould clean it off real good add dye and make sure.joeym

Yes I had switch leaked. The fluid was leaking out of rubber boot were the wire comes out. It was about $100 or so, not cheap!

confirmed. switch is leaking, ordered new from Fastlane. Adding to long list of E320 leak sources. oy.
