How do you adjust steering wheel position

Need some help on adjusting my steering wheel. It is about 5 deg off center. There appears to be a collar with an allen head adjustment on the column. Would this be what you loosen to make the adjustment????

alignment

Hi If your steering wheel is off you do not just remove it from the shaft and center it or you can off set the signal cancel and be in a turn as far as the pressure valve in the box is concerned. The correct way is to remove the 12mm bolt on the box and insert a centering bolt thru and see were the steering wheel is if off then some were between the out put shaft of the box and the steering post were the wheel is bolted to is off, also with the centering bolt in the box that is when your tech should set the toe.joeym
