1997 E-420 transmission service

I am getting my 1997 E-420 transmission service at dealer this week. The car has 112000 miles.

What I should I tell dealer to do? I mean dealer will replace the transmission oil, filter and gasket etc. What is the torque converter? Is torque converter need to service?

I am very new to MB cars and any help or advice will be greatly appreciated. Dealer is charging me $225 for transmission service.
