Not sure how far they would be from you, but I also recommend:
* Ditmire, in Absecon (http://www.ditmire.com/)
* Foreign Cars of Monmouth, in Fair Haven (zip=07704, phone=732 747 2411)

Foreign Cars is not an MB specialist per se (contrary to Ditmire), but he does enough of them to be quite knowledgeable about them. Plus he also works on Rolls-Royces, Ferraris, and other high-end classics... (But don't worry, his prices are reasonable!) You can also trust him almost blindly: he won't fix or replace a part unless absolutely necessary, and in the few cases when he can't fix he will just let you know too. (That's when I'll go to Ditmire, even though he's about one and a half hour drive away for me...)

I live in Highlands: where did you grow up?
