'87 300tdt Wheel Bearing Experience and Question...
Dear Forum,
I have a nice, well serviced, '87 300tdt with some 220,000 miles. I have replaced, by MB service, the rear wheel bearings twice. So about every 80,000 miles. I Believe this is excessive. However, the front wheel bearings are original... odd... However, I'd like to replace these front bearings. Any advice on home-shop replacement would be appreciated. Thanks, Horace Last edited by Horace Thompson; 07-12-2005 at 03:55 PM. Reason: clarification |
