Clean out the bottle...Fill with one cap full of TIDE liquid laundry detergent and plain water..
Run engine to warm......dump coolant. Do this a few times at 3000 rpm or so. Clean out bottle again and fill coolant with normal mix of antifreeze and 1/4 cap of TIDE.....run for a week or so................then drain, refill....should be done by then. If needed, remove bottle and wash out residual oil that will float to the top. You need to drain the block with the block drain located under the rear exhaust manifold. .
