M103 Engine, Oil in coolant, how to properly flush??

I just got done replacing the headgasket on a 91 e300 4matic wagon with 188,000 miles on her. The oil in the coolant is a mess. I drained it by the peacock on the radiator and got some oil out but not much. I started her up yesterday and the TEMP GAUGE is not working and she seems to be running hot. So I shut her down. How do I properly flush her and get rid of the oil?? I see that some people suggest tide with water but I need to know specificly how are they doing it. Thank you in advance

I would get a radiator flush chemical since the head gaskets are new and it is known there is oil in the system.

Clean out the bottle...Fill with one cap full of TIDE liquid laundry detergent and plain water..
Run engine to warm......dump coolant.
Do this a few times at 3000 rpm or so.

Clean out bottle again and fill coolant with normal mix of antifreeze and 1/4 cap of TIDE.....run for a week or so................then drain, refill....should be done by then.
If needed, remove bottle and wash out residual oil that will float to the top.

You need to drain the block with the block drain located under the rear exhaust manifold.
