I've got access to a press and I'm reasonably sure I can find or make the pieces to press them out and in.

Thanks for the parts offer, but unless Fall is coming in the next week or two, I think I'll need to buy the bushings sooner than that. They seem to be available for under $10 ea. from several online sources.
