87 300e with water in the oil

87 300e with water in the oil and I want some advise..
1. are there any special tools that i will need.?

the car has 200k miles and i would like to just change the head gasket
but any advise?

Can i do a in car rebuild....? Is it possible to do this?

Any advise greatly appreciated?
