Worth it to change 124 caliper seals?

While I have the front end apart to install the sportline parts and replace the rotors, the calipers are lying on the floor.

Is it worth the effort to change the caliper seals?

I do not see many posts on rebuilting 124 calipers. I have a set of seals to install and did a search on rebuilding to look for 'gotchas' which is why I noticed there were not a lot of posts on the subject. Do the seals not go bad until the rest of the caliper needs replacing?
