No they won't. Mercedes-Benz range model seats do not interchange, the all have different anchor points.

Even switching between manual and electric seats on the SAME model range would not work. An expensive and not recommended floor pan rework would have to be done to safely exchange them.

How about dropping the 126 seats on the 123 tracks? Manual fore-aft, electric everything else.

see, this

sounds plausable. i also will look carefully at the seats and measure and see if there is a way to make an adaptor.

Exchanging the seats onto their tracks would not work either (different size, different type).

I would strongly advise you against any adaptation or DIY variations. Seats are designed to hold you in place in case of an accident, so that the seat belt and airbags (if so equipped) can do their job of protecting you and your fellow occupants.

Not properly proven adaptations or variations on seat anchors and tracks can severely jeopardize your safety and that of others. Mercedes-Benz seats are famous for their integrity and above average safety.

Of course, this is JUST some friendly advise and my own 0.02 cents worth of opinion on the subject.

Hmm, any news on the W126 seats into W123 saga?

I'm considering the same on my W123 and before I go serious, I need to know if the mount points are the same (for example)

thanks!

sorry

i havent had time to check it out yet. seems logical that an adaptor is possible. the bases look very similar. will just have to measure.
