190 2.5D Rear Diff Dead???

Hey all!

My 190 2.5D has just covered 196,000 miles, the diff has been whining a while but now i feel a rumble on the back end when accelerating, especially noticable between 25mph - 40mph after that it quietens down again!

So I was wondering..... Is it the diff that has now died, or something else?

Is it easy to change the diff on these? and what other 190 models share the 2.5 Diesels Diff cos I know theres 2 different diffs?!

Help Please!!!

Matt
