Don't know precisely for a e320 >> but there should be a petcock/valve on the bottom of the radiator that will drain the radiator and most of the system. There should be a special bolt on the engine case that drains the coolant in the engine block.

I will try to have another look under the car, especially for the engine block coolant drain plug, I did not know such a thing exists.
Although I suppose I can simply drain the radiator, refill, run the engine, drain again a few times? |
