Passenger Memory Seat Conversion w124

could anybody shoot me an overview of what I'd need to do to put a memory function on the passenger side of my 93 300e...which sadly didn't have that option installed...surely it involves more than just replacing the switch...perhaps some sensors/motors...just some general guidance would be appreciated. thanks..
