Sticky Sunroof on 1995 E420

Although here in Seattle there are few opportunities to use my sunroof, on the rare occasion I do it tilts up and down easily, but has a heck of a time closing from the full-open position. Could it possibly just need some lubrication, or is there something else? It opens just fine, it just has a tough time closing.
