SRS light goes on when turning left
this is after changing the steering wheel column
( see freak incident in 500e.com) any thoughts ??? |

yep
meticulously retrace your steps in the column installation and you will find the problem. loose, broken or misalignment.

Worn spot on the slip rings or sticky brushes. You had to see them when you swapped out the steering column.
