i have been looking for euro headlights for a few months now. i am only intrested in purchacing a pair with vacuum actuation. every retailer i contact dosn't seem to know wheather the have that function. most of my contacts say thier made in Italy. do these have the vacuum actuation?
where can i get a decent priced set? are the good ones only bosch and hella??

The only place I found that had the vacuum servos on the Euro lights was http://www.europarts-sd.com/ , and they were used from a gray market car. I don't know if he can get new ones with vac servos or not. Also, the July/August Star article on headlight conversions to Euros describes the Hella part #s and MB #s for Euro lights with vacuum servos, and describes the installation for 86-89 models. The article also refers to the Star Tech editor having installed 500E euros on his 400E with the vac servos. If you want, I can give you info from the article, or the name and address of the Tech Editor. I was never able to find 500E euro lights when I did my install.

A company by me sells them. I'm pretty sure they have the vacuum adjustment, because all UK cars have it.
