Anyone know if the 550 V8 that's in the new S-Class will make it into the W211 E-class? I've heard rumours that 2007 the E-class will be refreshed a little with the new 550 engine replacing the 500. Does that sound credible?

I think it's a safe bet that the M273 will find it's way into the 211's, but which variant remains to be seen.

any info on the m273?? I'm just curious...or dreaming...one of the two
