My 1996 Dodge Grand Caravan is running smoothly except that when I take off it hesitates, there is a definate delay. Once I get going its fine. I am worried that it is the transmission. I am so ignorant about car repair and problems. Please help. It's a V6. Thanks

From your brief description I would say that it is not transmission related. Have you had any work done to your car to remedy the problem, as of yet?
