Even with the foul weather, I envy you Californians.

I spent much of 1999 and early 2000 in Sacramento and Santa Clara (with a few weeks in Portland, OR and Phoenix, AZ) and I'll take your weather over New York City's or Washington DC's any day.

Quit griping, you have the best climate in the country! :-)
