W126 engine tends to stop and...

Hi, my 300SE tends to stop when pulling out of gear and press breake then goes to 800 rpm and works fine. Often it stops. Interesting this problem apears only when i`m driving because if I stay out of gear I can accelerate the engine and release the pedal and the engine comes smooth to 800 rpm. Sometimes when I press the break padle it cracks and after a few secounds the ABS indicator lights up. I must restart the engine in order to have the ABS indicator off again.
Please HELP!!!!

Where is the overvoltage relay located? I have the same symptom on my 560SEC 1989.
