Does it run and idle right when warmed up/and how's the economy gage when warmed up?

ok rpm's are fine warmed up and cold.
so...
when the car is fully warmed (80° C and higher)... and the car is at idle
the economy gage is in the:
1) upper middle
2) lower middle or
3) right in the middle

???

also...

How does it drive?
Good power and acceleration up hills?

also...

Is this condition all the time? or is it part of the time?

I think you may have a vacuum leak.

Best to test for by: pulling and re attaching lines to see if it runs better...

Do suspect the warm-up regulator:

pull the lines to it first to see if condition improves...

For further assistance try to describe (as accurately as you can) how the car performs under all operating conditions

...as this stuff is hard to diagnose over the net...
