VIN # look up wont work for 1999 e430?
The decoder wont work and I need to conver USA VIN to European.
US VIN: wdbjf70h0xa813276 Euro VIN: wdb210070xa813276 ?? x =1999 e430= 210.070 or 210.07 ( I have also filled the last blank with X) Thanks

Yes, that works great. I thought the 10th digit was the year (1=2001).
