2000 C-230 center vent removal

2000 C-230 center vent removal

Does anyone know how ot remove the center vent on the 2000 C-230? Pulled the two top tabs down using small screwdriviers and tugged from behind by inserting allen wrenches but to no avail. Feels like something else holding it. thanks in advance. -Art-
