My SLK 320 sags on the driver's side rear

Yesterday I was driving on the Interstate and drove quickly to the far left lane. My SLK 320 was leaning too much to the driver’s side rear for a while. I thought I had a low tire. As I drove to the exit ramp my car became level. So I asked my wife to watch the rear when I got in and out of the car. The car is level, but it sags on the driver's side rear when I get in. The rear end levels out when I get out.

I am replacing all 4 shocks, but wonder if I may have a bad coil spring on the driver's side rear-end.
