My 1992 SL500 idles too fast when warm. Idles about 1200 rpm. It is currently at the dealer's and they've swapped parts out and can't either fix my car nor transer the problem to a "donor" car. I can't recall the list of stuff completely, but it includes the idle valve, a relay, the airmass sensor, the fuel computer, and probably a few more things.
They can't figure it out, and certainly I don't know what to say. I know the older cars much better, but am not really familiar with all the systems on the moderns.
Any suggestions would be welcome........
