Changed my coolant - no heat!?

Hello,

I just changed my water pump and re-filled the coolant on my wife's 1996 E320 and now there isn't any heat in the passenger compartment.

Maybe I'm missing something...

The water pump works great and ran the car for 20 minutes or so, but still no heat!

Any suggestions?
