I can not figure out where or what the smoke is coming from. I have new injectors ect. what causes it it smells like gas and some other wierd smell it will put out a black puff sometimes when it is started but never blue. Could the cat be gone it is still the original any ideas

Bad smell

Just let me ask you this dose it smell rich fuel or get a puff of black somke

If it is rich, like it sounds like it is, don't run it along time or you will be spending BIG $$$$ to replace your cats.
