How to remove rear seat back on '01 CLK conv.?

I have the seat bottom out and have removed the two bolts at the lower right and left, and one bolt at the lower center of the seat back. Then I try to push the seat back straight up but it doesn't want to budge. Are there more bolts somewere I missed?

Flip the center arm rest open and have a look inside. There's a plastic piece in there that's the same color as the seats. If you reach in and get your fingers behind it on the sides, it'll pull out at the top. You can't remove it completely, but you can fold it forward to expose the screw that's holding you up.
