400e trans issue HELP

I have a 93 400e in the shop right now and it seems to be stuck in the kickdown mode? It will drive OK but will shift at redline on every shift (nice and soild) I have checked for vacum leaks and the trans was serviced about 5k ago, the fluid is clean NOT burnt. My question, is there a kickdown relay that could be stuck or have gone bad. If so where is it located at? The switch under the pedal seems to be working, I had this same thing happen on a 300se a few years back and it was the switch under the pedal.

Any help would be great
Thanks guys

You also have a "B" switch on the shifter... that can stick & do the same thing..

You might try un-plugging the kick-down solenoid on the passenger rear of the trans.
