Steering Column

I have just bought a E320CDi Avantegarde. year 2000. Beautiful car, well pleased with it. I cant find a handle for the steering column adjustment though. there is not a manual or electronic one. can anyone help?

Year 200? Safe to assume that it is a 2000? Must be a foreign model. I personally have never heard of an Avantegarde.
