Strut top mount replacement ?

Is it possible to remove/replace the TOP RUBBER MOUNTS on the strut assbly on a 1992 500SL, the mounts look cracked with a gap and front end noisy when on uneven payment.\
May need to replace struts at the same time but they are not leaking at this time.
