1989 300E won't start

On wednesday I stupidly ran out of gas. Luckily I had just pulled to the station when it died. I went to restart the car after filling it up. The car turned over twice would not catch then would not turn over. I called the MB road side assistance. I was told to unlock and lock the driverside door twice to reset the alarm. Someone broke into my car a little while ago and messed up the door lock so the drivers side does not work. I did it twice on the pasenger side and it crancked over. Well Thursday morning the car would not start. So I came home from worked tried agian would not crank. So I tried the door lock again on the passenger side and it crancked. Well yesterday after paying my rent it would not restart again. I tried the door lock again and it would not turn. The car won't even turn over at all. AAA came out, the battery is 100%, tapped the starter etc. The engine does not even want to turn. It seems like it is something electrical. Is this the alarm system or is it something else. I really need to get this fixed ASAP. I move out of that aptment complex today and I need to move my car. I have a 1989 300E. Thanks for all of your help in advance.

CHECK BLUE 15 AMP FUSE (#5 OR #8.. OR ANY FUSE IN THE FRONT TWO ROWS) in the engine compartment fuse box on the drives side.
