I imagine the problem is due to the engine "torquing " over. I would suspect the green wire from the ignition to the ignition control unit. Other possibilities include the air hose for decel leaning and the coil wire.
Does the car die when put into reverse? The engine torques the opposite direction so use this for diagnostics. I would try pulling on all the hoses and harnesses paying close attention to any that are already tight. The engine ground could also be involved.
