No brakes
my car had been sitting for a few years when i got it towed the guy slamed on the brakes and they jammed. then i bled the system to free them up. then i finally got it started and i was driving around to just test drive it and it felt like the right front brake was locked so in my drive way i heard a *TING* and no more brakes. The pedal goes all the way down. And i felt the right front wheel it was *HOT* burning hot. what has happened now?

Possibly a sticky caliper and a faulty master cylinder?
Anything leaking? Making a broken hose or line?

but the pedal goes all the way down so could it be a master cylinder?

Yes, that would be a likely cause.

Answer
If bleeding relieved the brake pressure = the most likely issue is brake flex hoses collapsed internally = acting as one way valves = replace all four hoses.
The ting should have been metal cooling. When the brake fluid temperature rises to high = it flashes to vapor in the caliper = no brakes = allow it to cool for an hour and retest the brake pedal. From your description = the brake fluid must be flushed = the fluid is toasted, which causes acid formation. Have a great day.
