Angry Help: Changed tranny fluid; car won't move

After 4 yrs and 60k miles, I decided to change the transmission fluid/filter this morning on a 2002 C320 wagon. I dropped the pan, and drained about 3 liters of fluid, but did not attempt to drain the converter. After installing a new filter and gasket, I slowly refilled two litres of fluid (MBZ fluid part no. 001-989-21-03-10) and started the car in order to shift gears and circulate the fluid. I couldn't get the car to go into gear. Thinking that the fluid must be too low, I put in the 3rd and last liter of fluid. Tried to shift gears for a good 15 minutes, but the car is stuck in neutral.

Does anyone have any ideas. Any input would be gladly appreciated.

Thanks. Tom
