The radiator drain is located on the bottom on the driver's side. You will need to remove both belly pans to access the drain. There will be a red plastic screw to turn to open the drain. There is a short nipple on the engine side of the radiator just above where the red screw is that you can attach a piece of hose to allow the coolant to drain into a pan without coolant going everywhere. Yes, this is extremely helpfull. Thanks a lot Robert.
I did remove the black plastic under-stray under the engine, but did not remove the two "belly pans", that why I did not find the red plastic screw. I will concentrate on the bottom of the driver-side of the radiator, hopefully I will find the "belly pans" and remove them to gain access to the red plastic screw.
