I have no idea what I'm doing. I don't have the tools, the knowledge, the safety equip, or the info....BUT, armed with a few cans of Craigslist R-12, a nifty red hose and a few beers, I have taken my AC to near South Pole status!

Sorry, I don't mean to besmirch your thread or good intent. Just gloating over my recent reefer repair.
