Scan Tool? Shop Use, What Do You Recomend

I Am Looking For A Diagnostic Scan Tool For A Small Shop.
I Dont Have A Large Budget.i Sent For Info On Sbd-102 Scan Tool From World Pac Dont Know Much About It. Or Possably A Good Used One. I Would Appreciate Your Input And Recommendation.

Of course that answer depends on what type of car or cars your shop works on.... IF it is MB only Or other German cars then take a look at the AST PC Retriever from www.asttool.com

You'll most like not get a monthly payment plan from AST unless your Snap-On tool guy sells them.
I was going to buy a Mercedes cartridge from AST but having been let down on the programming cartridge for the BMW ...gave me a load of..."Oh yes Sir...it will cover those...." I went to Snap-On and bought the Mercedes and BMW scanner cartidges from them......works okay so far.

Even complaining to Mr Assenmacher made no diff!......will not be buying anything electronic from them again.
