W126 back window deck removal?

I want to eventually remove the back deck off my 82 300SD to re-do the cover and cut different holes for larger speakers. Does anyone have a procedure with pictures?

Remove the C-pillar trim, the rear seat and don't forget the nut in the trunk.
Pictues are here, Group 68, section 449 and 458:

Be sure and read C-pillar removal carefully. The angle of removal is tricky.
