my car won't start
hi...i'm new in mercedes. i have 91 w 126 300 se. everything works just fine untill yesterday that it won't start on my lunch break. it was just fine when i went to work in the morning, but it just don't want to start in the afternoon. it cranked good, i checked the the plug and there was a spark. my fuel pump also worked. i am in dead end now.i was wondering if you guys could help me what the possiblelity it might be.

Bump anyone? I'm a diesel guy so if its got spark and fuel I'm out of ideas.

I'm not the expert that many here are but I do know that seeing fuel is not enough. Fuel pressure is critical as well. So if you can see both spark and fuel, and the car still won't start, figure that you're getting an insufficient amount of one of those - probably fuel. Good luck!!!

you need to check to see if fuel is getting to the intake. the easiest thing to pull is maybe the cold start valve. so pull that and turn on the key and crank and see if you have fuel squirting out. put a rag around it so you dont start a fire.
